◎简　　介
在遥远的沙漠深处，一些吸血鬼正在试图让能产下更多吸血鬼的恐怖怪物复活，他就是德雷克多米尼克·珀塞尔饰，这个可怕的吸血鬼拥有一种特殊的力量可以使自己在白天还能自由行动。如此以来，刀锋战士所面临的形式便更为严峻。此时，吸血鬼的领袖还对刀锋战士实施了一项恶毒的诽谤计划，他们把刀锋战士定义为了一个杀人怪物，制作了种种伪证并将它们送给了FBI，致使刀锋战士成为了FBI抓捕的对象。　　在刀锋战士和他的导师惠斯勒克里斯·克里斯多佛森饰与FBI探员坎伯兰得詹姆斯·瑞马尔饰以及他的手下进行了一次火药味十足的摊牌以后，刀锋战士极不情愿地与一群由人类组成的猎捕吸血鬼的小队结成了同盟，这个小队的头儿正是惠斯勒的漂亮女儿阿比盖尔杰西卡·贝尔饰和俏皮话满天飞的汉尼拔·金瑞安·雷诺兹饰。
　　当科学家萨姆菲尔德娜塔莎·雷昂饰一直在潜心研究以便可以制造出对付吸血鬼的终极溶液时，阿比盖尔带领的小队正与由强大的吸血鬼丹尼卡·塔罗斯　帕克·波西饰所领导的一帮不死吸血鬼以及她那带有毒牙的随从们进行着一系列无情的厮杀。最终，刀锋战士发现他自己正在慢慢变成一个最为强大的吸血鬼，他的命运以及整个人类的命运都安危未定……
